Do I have to be fully paid to start?
No. To get into the BAYYANIHAN Program and start earning, you only need to settle a minimum 2.5% downpayment on your BAHAYY.
Can I apply for this if I'm paying in cash?
Cash buyers don't qualify for the BAYYANIHAN Program and are not eligible to receive cash rewards. This is to prevent any abuse of the reward system and ensure ample opportunities for installment buyers.
Are referrals required if I'm paying in installments?
Absolutely not. You don't have to refer other homeseekers if you're paying in installments. You can simply complete your monthly payments as normal.
How do I get my cash rewards?
Cash rewards you earned within the month are released within 3-5 business days after your monthly payment is settled.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
